Rossina Repertoire
e perform ballroom dances from the 15th to 19th century. These are dances which were danced by people in the towns and courts and are beeing reconstructed today
using written sources.
Our repertoire includes among others
- - Italian Balli and Bassadanze,burgundian Basse danses from the 15th century
- - Dances of the late 16th century (Arbeau, Caroso, Negri...)
- - Playford-Dances
- - several Contradances from the 18th century
- - Dances of the early 18th century for groups, pairs and solo dancers which are written down in Feuillet-Notation (Menuett, Bourrée,...)
- - Anglaises and Cotillons around 1800
